la vie en rose

We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures that we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.  ~Jawaharlal Nehru

I have spent a mere amount of years on this earth.  In those few years, so many moments have passed that will never be remembered, but some were strong enough they lasted up till now.  Not all of those moments are important.  They are nothing special, I did not travel the entire globe or make history, but I made memories.  I met amazing people, I ate amazing food, and I smiled.  To me, that is more special than anything else in the world.

I had a writing teacher when I was in middle school who told me that your life is always worth writing about.  You don’t have to do amazing things in your life to write about it.  You just have to live it the way you do, because you are the only you there is.
