I feel guilty for struggling. Do you do that too?

Have you felt guilty before for feeling lost, or distant?

I feel as if I am my only threat.

  1. I have, yes. But I learned a little trick. Don’t fight it. Something needs to be felt. Sink into it when you’re somewhere safe. Let it be, and you may find that it’s not as scary as you thought, and will learn something. And you will have conquered fear, too.
